Have you ever heard someone say, "I can't do it," when faced with a challenging task? It happens all the time and reflects a fixed mindset: the idea that we are either good at something or we aren't. We have all felt this way before and yes, there may be some things we aren't able to do right now, but what if we simply added, "yet" to the previous statement-"I can't do it, YET."
